My applications were running successfully using this procedure. But if you face any sort of issue, then block access to the downloaded Adobe apps in radio silence along with creative cloud.
Note- Photoshop 22.4.3, Premiere Pro 15.4 and After Effects 18.4 were running flawlessly without blocking network access to them, on my M1.
